The goal of this 3-month plan is to improve your physical condition in every way, that is, not only that you feel and look better, but also that it has a positive impact on your sex life since both the exercises of the routines and the aphrodisiac diet are specially designed for it ;).
In addition, it is prepared to be easy to integrate into your routine, since the workouts you will only have to do 2 times a week, no more than 30 minutes and the menus are easy to make and get the ingredients.
APHRODISIAC NUTRITION PLAN
Our plan includes 6 bi-weekly diets (with menus for 7 days) to be carried out in 3 months, in a totally detailed and guided way through our app.
Each diet includes a 7-day daily menu plan , with each one designed to be followed for two weeks.
Why two weeks? Because it’s an ideal time span to ensure you don’t get tired of the meals. It also allows you to plan better, even taking advantage of similar ingredients from one week to the next.
After those 2 weeks are up, you’ll start a new diet (for another 14 days) and so on, until you complete the 6 diets - 12 weeks in total.
The aim of this aphrodisiac nutrition plan is to teach you how to eat healthily with the aim of giving you greater satisfaction in bed, and improving your sexual health over time.
WORKOUT PLAN FOR SEXUAL ENHANCEMENT
This plan lasts 12 weeks.
Each week has 2 workouts of 30 minutes that include:
- Warm up (6 minutes)
- Exercises (24 minutes)
- Stretching / Cool down (6 minutes)
The warm up phase consists of a series of exercises that will help you get your muscles, articulations and even your nervous system ready for your workout.
You won’t need any equipment nor a big space, so don’t worry. You won’t find any issues with trying to get your workouts in any day at any time.
