In order to clean the sleeve properly, you have to turn it over like a sock, put it under the tap and let it dry until it is completely dry to avoid moisture. To clean the inside of the device, you only need a damp cloth or an intimate cleaner.
First you can remove the sleeve, then unscrew the top cover (where you charge the device) through which you can access the inside of the device. Be very careful in this step as it is important not to get the cables wet. The wet cloth is an option we give you but you can still use an intimate product cleaner.
